Podium was the 2018 degree show at the University of Greenwich. As a second year on the course, myself and two other students won the pitch to see our idea through to a full scale student exhibition. The concept addressed the role of a young designer in a constantly changing digital world. Podium references the physical object as a metaphor for student voice, utilizing OCR as the primary typeface, the first to be read by humans and computers. Six catalogs comprised the different design courses in the exhibition, all with a hidden AR animation using Artivive, to allow visitors to interact with the catalog on their phones.
